4CARE is run largely by people who are not paid to be here. If you can give a few hours a week — or a full semester — there is work for you.

Where we need help

• Teaching & mentoring — after-school coaching and life-skills sessions
• Campaign & event support — running camps, drives and seminars on the ground
• Communications — photography, writing, social media, design
• Fundraising — donor outreach, crowdfunding campaigns, CSR partnerships
• Field research — beneficiary verification and impact follow-up

What you get

• A certificate and letter of recommendation on successful completion
• Direct field exposure, not just back-office work
• Mentoring from our programme leads
