These terms govern your use of the 4CARE Truly Blessed Foundation website and any donation you make through it. By using this site you accept them.
Use of this website
Content on this site is provided for information about the foundation’s work. You may not reproduce it for commercial purposes, misrepresent your association with the foundation, or use the site in any way that disrupts it or infringes the rights of others.
Donations
- Donations are voluntary and are applied to the foundation’s charitable objects. Where a donation is given to a named campaign, we apply it to that campaign; if the campaign is fully funded or closed, we apply it to a comparable programme.
- You confirm that funds donated are lawfully yours to give.
- A receipt is issued for every donation. Please retain it for tax purposes.
- Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store your card details.
Refunds
Donations are generally non-refundable. If a payment was made in error or duplicated, contact us within 7 days at contact@4caretrulyblessedfoundation.org and we will review the request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Volunteers and interns
Volunteering and internships with the foundation are unpaid unless expressly agreed in writing, and create no employment relationship. Volunteers are expected to respect the privacy and dignity of the people we serve.
Intellectual property
The foundation’s name, logo, text and photographs are its property or are used with permission. Please ask before reusing them.
Liability
The site is provided “as is”. We take reasonable care over its accuracy but do not warrant that it is error-free or uninterrupted, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.
