4CARE Truly Blessed Foundation respects your privacy. This notice explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
- Donation details — name, email, phone, postal address and donation amount. Card and bank details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored on our servers.
- Contact and volunteer forms — the information you type into them, so we can reply.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type and pages viewed, collected by our hosting and analytics for security and to understand which pages are useful.
- Cookies — for essential site function, and for analytics where you consent.
Why we use it
To process and receipt your donation, to answer your enquiry, to assess volunteer and internship applications, to meet our legal and tax obligations, and — if you have opted in — to send occasional updates about our work. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not share it with third parties except our payment processor, email provider and hosting service, or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Donation records are retained for as long as tax and audit rules require. Enquiries and applications are kept for up to two years unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Photographs and stories
We publish photographs and stories from our programmes with the consent of the people involved, and with additional care where children are concerned. If you would like an image or story removed, tell us and we will take it down.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent to marketing emails at any time — write to contact@4caretrulyblessedfoundation.org. Every email we send also carries an unsubscribe link.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS and access to donor records is limited to authorised staff. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.
