Seminar series to empower adolescents to harness their possibilities to overcome problems of their age.
Adolescence is where a lot of futures are quietly decided. Problems to Possibilities works with school and college students on the pressures they rarely get to discuss openly — exam stress, peer pressure, substance use, career confusion and self-worth.
Sessions include
- Goal setting and study habits that survive exam season
- Handling peer pressure and substance use
- Career mapping beyond the obvious three or four options
- Emotional health, self-worth and asking for help
Delivered in partnership with schools and corporate CSR programmes.
