We Care is our standing awareness programme on the rights and empowerment of women, children and senior citizens.
Many of the families we work with are entitled to support they have never heard of — school enrolment rights, maternity benefits, pension schemes, legal protection against domestic violence. We Care closes that gap with street-level campaigns, community meetings and one-to-one guidance.
How it runs
- Neighbourhood awareness drives and street plays
- Rights clinics where families can ask questions in private
- Help with paperwork for schemes people already qualify for
- Follow-up visits to check that entitlements actually arrived
